Korean-English Bilingual Customer Success Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily live chat/email response of customer queries
  • Communicate with vendors/partners and internal teams to solve customer queries.
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Own overall relationship with assigned client


  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a Customer Success, or Account Management role
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Korean and English
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in Korean language
