Job Function & Responsibilities
- Daily live chat/email response of customer queries.
- Own overall relationship with assigned client.
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.
- Aid clients in achieving their goals.
- Communicate with vendors/partners and internal teams to solve customer queries.
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a Customer Success, or Account Management role
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Korean and English
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
- Fluent in Korean language
